We recommend hand-washing the cookie cutters with warm water and mild soap. Dishwashers can cause warping due to the high temperature, so it's best to avoid them.
3. Are the cookie cutters food-safe?
Yes, PLA is safe for use with dough and food, as long as it is cleaned and handled properly. Avoid exposing the cutters to high heat or using them on very hot materials.
4. How durable are 3D printed cookie cutters?
Our cookie cutters are sturdy and designed for everyday use with dough. However, since they are made of plastic, avoid applying excessive force, as they could break.
5. Can I order a custom-shaped cookie cutter?
Absolutely! We accept orders for custom-designed cookie cutters. You can send us your design or describe your idea, and we’ll create a 3D model tailored to your needs.
6. How long does it take to complete an order?
Orders usually take 3 to 5 business days to process and print, depending on the volume and complexity of the design. If you need a rush order, contact us to see if we can accommodate it.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our cookie cutters internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
8. What should I do if the cookie cutter I received is defective?
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
9. Can I use the cookie cutters for purposes other than dough?
Yes! Our cookie cutters can be used for other crafting projects such as cutting clay, fondant, or for DIY projects. Just be sure to clean them thoroughly if used for non-food materials.
10. How should I store the cookie cutters to keep them in good condition?
Store your cookie cutters in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat, to ensure they stay in top condition for a long time.
Payment Methods
01. Bank Transfer (Only for Greece)
The Buyer is given the opportunity to make his purchases by money transfer - deposit in the following bank accounts:

The name of the buyer and the order number must be indicated on the depositor details. The proof of deposit is then sent electronically by email to info@cookiecutterhub.com.
IMPORTANT: The TOTAL remittance charge is borne by the depositor and not our company. Otherwise your order will not be shipped.
Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment.
03. COD (Only for Greece)
The payment is made in cash to the employee of the transport company and is valid for purchases only within Greece. The customer who chooses cash on delivery, is charged with an additional charge of €2.07.
The following products are excluded from cash on delivery:
- Personalized Cutters / Stamps with names, initials, dates etc
- Products found in the offers category
- Products found in the Cake Topper / Sticks category

03. Paypal
You can make your payments with payment via Paypal. Transfer to a secure Paypal environment.
04. Deposit into a Bank Account
Accepted Transactions Are Only Made from the National Bank of Greece.
In any other case, interbank fees are borne by the customer.
When completing the order, select Deposit into Bank Account as the payment method.
Make the deposit into the bank account, stating the order number and your full name as the reference*.

Shipping Methods / Cost
01. Shipping with Courier
• For Greece, shipments are made by ELTA Courier with a shipping cost of €2.85. For orders over €80 shipping is FREE.
• For Europe, shipments are made with DHL Express with a shipping cost of €16.77 for orders up to €60 and +€2.5 for orders up to €99.
• For USA and the rest of the world, shipments are made with DHL Express with a shipping cost of €23.88 for orders up to €60 and €2.5 for orders up to €99.
Shipping time
Each order is processed and shipped within 3-5 business days!
Delivery time
• For Greece the delivery time within Attica is 1-2 working days and for the rest of Greece it is 2-4 working days.
• For Cyprus delivery time is 2-5 working days after shipping.
• For Europe the delivery time is 2-5 working days after shipping.
• For America the delivery time is 5-7 working days after shipping.
• For the rest of the world the delivery time is 5-7 working days after shipping.
